The supervisory authority for matters of data privacy in Germany is the state representative for data protection of the state where our company’s headquarters is situated. Right to Data Transferability 

You have the right to request the transfer of the data we have processed automatically based on your consent or in fulfilment of a contract to you or a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the transfer of your data directly to another responsible person, this will only be done in as far as it is technically feasible.  

Information, Blocking, Deletion 

In line with current legal stipulations, you may, at any time and free of charge, request information on your collected personal data, its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable, you have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. 4. Data Collection on Our Website 


The website partly uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help us to make our website more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are filed on your computer and saved by your browser.  

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are deleted automatically once you leave our website. Other cookies remain saved on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website. 

You can change the setting of your browser to be notified when cookies are saved and only allow cookies in specific cases, prohibit the use of cookies in certain cases or in general as well as automatically delete cookies when you close the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Contact Form

If you use our contact form to send requests, we save the information you put on the request form, including the contact details stated by you, in order to process your request and any possible follow-up questions. We do not pass this information on to a third party without your consent.  

This means that the data stated on the contact form is processed solely based on your consent (Art. 6, Par. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can retract your consent at any time. This can be done by simply sending us an informal e-mail. The legality of any data processing that was done before the retraction remains unaffected by it.

We keep the data you put on the contact form until you ask us to delete it, retract your consent to saving them or the purpose of saving the data becomes void (e.g. once the processing of your request is completed). Mandatory legal requirements – particularly periods of record-keeping – remain unaffected. 


Applicant Data

We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of carrying out the application process. This processing can also be done electronically. 

This is particularly the case if an applicant sends the corresponding application documents electronically, for example via e-mail or by using an online form on the website.  

If the application leads to an employment contract, the transferred data is saved for the purpose of conducting the employment relationship in accordance with legal stipulations.

If the application does not lead to an employment contract, the application documents are deleted six months after the position has been filled provided that deleting the information does not conflict with any legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing this data. In this context, an example for other legitimate interests is the burden of proof in a lawsuit based on the German general equality act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz AGG). With consent from the applicant, the data may also be saved longer. 


5. Social Media 

Facebook plugins (like & share button)

Our websites feature plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. The Facebook plugins are visible as the Facebook logo or the “like button” (“Gefällt mir”) on our website. Please check the following link for an overview of the Facebook plugins:


When you visit our websites, the plugin creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. This way Facebook receives the information that you have accessed our website with your IP address. If you click the “like button” while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our website to your Facebook profile. This way Facebook can relate your visit of our website to your user account. Please note that as operators to the website we receive no information on the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. 6. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter that is offered on the website, we require your e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the provided e-mail address and consent to receiving the newsletter. Other data is not collected or only with your consent. We use this data exclusively for sending out the requested information and we do not pass it on to any third parties. 

The data that you provide on the newsletter application form is solely processed based on your consent (Art. 6, Par. 1 lit. f GDPR). You may retract the consent for saving the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter any time, for example via the “unsubscribe” link (“Austragen”) in the newsletter. The legality of any data processing that was done before the retraction remains unaffected by it.

The data you have given us for the purposed of receiving the newsletter is saved by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and is deleted once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter. Data that we save for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this. 


7. Plugins and Tools



Our website uses plugins of the Google-owned website YouTube. The owner of the website is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you visit one of our websites with YouTube plugins this creates a connection with the servers of YouTube. This way the YouTube servers are notified that you visited our websites. 

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to directly link your browsing behaviour to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

We use YouTube for the purpose of presenting our online presence in an appealing way. This constitutes a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6, Par. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google Analytics

This website uses the service “Google Analytics” provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyse how users utilize our website. The service uses “cookies” – text files that are saved on your terminal device. The information collected via cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the US and saved there.  

This website applies IP anonymisation. In the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area, the IP address of users is shortened. This shortening removes the personal reference of your IP address. Google Inc., in accordance with the order data agreement it has with the website’s owners, uses the collected data to create an analysis of the website use and website activity and provides services related to internet use. 

You can prevent cookies from being saved on your device by changing your browser settings accordingly. We cannot guarantee that you can use all features of this website without limitations if your browser does not allow cookies.
